If you do not know your User ID and/or Password, please contact the person(s) or organization hosting the event. If you have made a booking with Hipswing and you would like to use this service please contact us via the email below, and quote your booking reference number, then we will send you your personal User ID and Password. This will then allow you to access this service. Adding a song request on this system does not guarantee your song will be played, although every effort will be made by your dj to do so. The guest request system for each event shuts down 2 weeks before the date of the event, songs after this time will not be passed to the dj and therefore not played, you are able to give requests on the night. If you have a special request please notify your host 2 weeks before the function date to avoid disappointment
